The October 5, 2012 meeting at the Alpharetta Rotary Club included a visit from our GRSP student, Christine Pederson from Denmark, an update on the Lionheart Garden project from Mary Ulich, and a discussion on childhood obesity and bullying from guest speaker, author and film-maker Michael Buchanan. President Bill Weeks also presented a check for $250 from the club to support the Lionheart School.

Guest speaker Michael Buchanan spoke the the club about his recent book "The Fat Boy Chronicles" concerning childhood obesity and bullying.
